Where to see: Toby
Jugs.
England has many museums
up and down the country and many hold one or two toby jug models.
For larger collections not all will be on displayed but may
be viewed via an appointment. Don't miss the opportunity of
comparing similar figures of that period with the toby jugs
which will help with identification as they themselves may be
marked with a potters name
The few museums mentioned
below hold sizeable toby jug collections: Always check before
traveling that persific items can be viewed.
